SALARY: R13,000 – R24,000

Santidon is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a forklift and have a valid driver’s license. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials in and around the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring that all materials are correctly stored.

FORKLIFT DRIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a forklift to move and stack materials in the warehouse

• Load and unload trucks and containers

• Inspect forklifts for safety and report any issues to management

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

• Keep accurate records of materials moved

FORKLIFT DRIVER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 Certificate or Tertiary Certificate

• Must have prior experience operating a forklift

• Valid driver’s license

• Able to lift and carry up to 10kg

• Able to stand and walk for long periods

• Strong attention to detail
